Rehabilitation Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care services, including evaluation, treatment, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including documentation of treatment plans, patient interactions, and outcome measures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting, with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
  • Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism.
