Physical Therapist Role Overview

This role involves providing rehabilitation services for patients with disabilities, injuries, and diseases in a medical setting. A skilled Physical Therapist will possess exceptional clinical competence, compassion, and strong communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care services by assessing and treating patients with various physical problems
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical impairments
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments and medical staff to ensure seamless treatment delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation and records management
  • Comply with quality assurance policies, standards, and regulations to optimize patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is essential; a Master's Degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting, preferably utilizing modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment is highly desirable
