Job Description

As a full-time home health physical therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their functionality and alleviate pain.

  • Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility, and provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to promote recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Licensure: A valid state license as a physical therapist, or licensure eligible, is necessary.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach.
