Physical Therapist Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in the Cleveland, OH area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that enhance functionality and alleviate pain.
  • Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans accurately and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to lift and assist patients as needed, must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
