The Role


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, providing holistic care to our residents and contributing to their health and happiness. As a member of our team, you will develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional care.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs and preferences;
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes for residents;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and caregivers;
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and open communication within the organisation;
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
