As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for implementing support plans based on the individual's needs, preferences, and interests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, hygiene, and household duties
  • Aiding individuals to participate in social events, work, and appointments
  • Promoting personal choice and control for the individual
  • Administering medication
