About the Role:
We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide support and assistance in the following areas:
- Accommodation
- Participation & Learning
- Respite Care
- Employment, Volunteering and Skill Building
Responsibilities:
- Implement support plans based on the individual's needs, preferences, and interests
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties
- Aid individuals to participate in social events, work, and appointments
- Promote personal choice and control for the individual
- Administer medication as required
