Financial Capability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Capability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering individuals to achieve financial stability and security.

As a Financial Capability Specialist, you will work closely with consumers to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored plans to enhance their financial well-being. You will also collaborate with our team to implement strategies that promote financial capability among our clients.

  • Develop and deliver financial literacy programs to meet the unique needs of our consumers.
  • Work closely with our team to design and implement initiatives that promote financial capability.
  • Provide one-on-one support and coaching to help individuals overcome financial challenges.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of a Certificate IV in Community Service Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in administrative and/or intake roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
