This role empowers individuals to achieve long-term financial stability by assisting them in managing their finances effectively and making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized financial education, coaching, and support to individuals facing financial difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with strong communication skills and independence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Community Service Work or equivalent qualification.
- Desirable: Financial Literacy Education expertise, currently studying Diploma of Financial Counselling, demonstrated experience in administrative and/or intake roles, working with financial counseling teams/organizations and/or clients.
