About the Role

The Artist Marketing & Content Coordinator will be part of our marketing team, responsible for creating engaging content for our artists across various social media platforms. This role requires strong creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to develop compelling campaigns that drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create shareable and engaging content that resonates with audiences across artist, label, and external channels.
  • Develop marketing assets (social, video, audio, outdoor, print) for marketing and promotional purposes for all campaigns.
  • Analyse and optimize distribution options to grow engaged audiences for our artists.
  • Maintain and enforce company and artist style guidelines as well as content quality across all channels.
  • Liaise with internal finance team for invoicing and other related items.
  • Coordinate with International labels and International artist teams where applicable.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe editing suites and design platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • High level of creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent time management skills, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starting, pro-active, and outwardly enthusiastic.
  • Passion for and knowledge of music across all genres.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
