Job Title: Support Worker

As a vital member of our support team, you will play a key role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and holistically.

  • Provide personal care, meal preparation, and medication management services to support daily living tasks.
  • Assist with household chores and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
  • Develop and implement customized support plans to promote independence and community engagement.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered support services that prioritize client needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and support.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate support plans and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
  • A valid Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker.
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid, CPR, and National police clearance or willingness to obtain.
