Property Management Expertise Sought

The Property Manager plays a pivotal leadership role overseeing a diverse property portfolio, driving operational efficiency and maximising performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and financial returns through efficient operations.
  • Team Leadership & External Collaboration: Lead external property managers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure properties are managed effectively.
  • Financial Governance: Prepare and manage property budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Tenant Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving disputes and fostering high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations for properties, ensuring they remain well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, legal liabilities, and financial exposure.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties and a current Real Estate Agent's license.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills for budget management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail in inspections, compliance, and record-keeping.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
