Fulltime – Property Manager – Mordialloc

The Role:

  • Renter and rental liaison
  • Preparing detailed asset plans, budgets, and financial reports
  • Managing arrears
  • Representing the company at VCAT
  • Business development
  • Lease renewal and rent reviews
  • Handling maintenance requests
  • Drafting new lease agreements
  • Conducting routine inspections

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Passionate about a long-term career in property management
  • Immaculately presented with a confident character
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing a residential portfolio
  • Proven ability to manage a residential portfolio
  • Up-to-date Agent Rep and a valid driver's license
  • Immediate availability to start
