At Origin Energy Services Ltd, we're seeking an experienced Marketing Engagement Professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This exciting role will focus on delivering end-to-end marketing programs and digital initiatives that foster customer loyalty and brand love.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and experience in campaign management, customer engagement, loyalty, or retention strategies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is essential for evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment across all customer touchpoints. You will also be responsible for managing campaign timelines, budget, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus an annual performance bonus and performance-based reviews. You will also have access to discounted Origin products, a hybrid working environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of customer retention and engagement campaigns, ensuring campaign delivery alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Manager - Customer Retention and Engagement to design and implement targeted campaigns that drive customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budget, coordinate deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights and report on key metrics, making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Project Manage, and support cross-functional teams, including operations, product, digital, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment across all customer touchpoints.

What will you bring?

  • Relevant undergraduate degree (Marketing/PR, Business, Digital)
  • Marketing Experience – 3yrs+: Proven experience in marketing, specifically in campaign management, customer engagement, loyalty or retention strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey campaign ideas and results to stakeholders.
