Social Inclusion Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our practice and quality excellence in Homelessness and Community Supports services across the North and West Division. Your focus will be on innovative programs like Street2Home, Journey to Social Inclusion, and the Zero Project.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on complex cases, escalate risks, and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based, culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices across homelessness and community supports services.
- Lead or participate in projects and programs such as Street2Home, Journey to Social Inclusion, and the Zero Project.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and fellow professionals to drive service innovations and quality improvements.
- Significant experience supporting social inclusion and progression of people experiencing homelessness or social isolation using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience working in homelessness program delivery, including early intervention settings, assertive outreach and housing-first therapeutic and trauma-informed methodology.
- A track record in coaching and developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training, and providing case consultations.
- The ability to draw meaningful insights from practice data, identify trends, and recommend improvements at individual, team and system levels.
