To enhance practice excellence in Homelessness and Community Supports services, we seek a Recovery and Inclusion Specialist to play a key role across the North and West Division.
- Provide expert advice on complex cases, escalate risks, and support staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based practices at Uniting, ensuring that interventions are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.
- Drive meaningful change and elevate the quality of service delivery in the division.
- Work alongside fellow specialists across the region, collaborating on methodologies and service innovations.
As a highly experienced professional in supporting social inclusion and progression of people experiencing homelessness or social isolation using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches, you will bring significant experience in homelessness program delivery, including early intervention settings, assertive outreach and housing-first therapeutic and trauma-informed methodology.
With a track record in coaching and developing staff, leading reflective practice, facilitating training, and providing case consultations, you will possess a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, working confidently across teams and disciplines to guide high-quality decisions.
