Job Description

Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic individual to drive community engagement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the social calendar, promoting personal growth, and assisting clients in developing life skills.

This role requires a commitment to a roster including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with potential additional shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and experience in activities coordination or a related field.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining clients, while providing exceptional care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive community engagement activities and develop a social calendar
  • Promote personal growth and assist clients in developing life skills
  • Provide exceptional care and support to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to a high-performing team and collaborate on client-centered initiatives

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and understanding of client needs
  • Experience in activities coordination or a related field
  • Manual driver's license and COVID-19 vaccination
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
