Financial Operations Leader

This role is a key position in our organisation, responsible for overseeing the financial functions and supporting business growth through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support management teams
  • Analyse financial results to identify trends, explain variances, and assess operational impacts
  • Work closely with management to present financial insights and actionable recommendations

  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by delivering precise analysis and meaningful commentary
  • Contribute to audit preparations and respond to internal and external audit inquiries
  • Provide financial guidance and training to stakeholders as required
  • Manage tax-related accounting entries and perform related reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Accounting or Finance degree with CA/CPA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably with a manufacturing background
  • Proficient in large ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Netsuite
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate financial information to non-finance professionals
  • Commercial acumen with solid analytical abilities
  • Self-starter with excellent teamwork and communication skills
