Marketing Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Executive to lead our marketing team in delivering outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing marketing operations and achieving set goals and KPIs.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, manage media campaigns, and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Lead the development of annual marketing programs and promotional calendars.
  • Create and coordinate media campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with graphic, digital, social, PR, and media agencies.
  • Coordinate market research to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Monitor and assess contract performance.
  • Evaluate and improve marketing materials to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Prepare documents for company tenders, external newsletters, and internal communications.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Professional presentation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A high level of motivation and ability to think outside the square.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
