Job Description:

The Junior Marketing Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or aspiring marketing professionals to kick-start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This position provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, and brand development. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, engaging with followers, and growing the brand presence.

Additionally, this role involves supporting the execution of digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals. This includes assisting in writing ad copy and coordinating with vendors to optimize paid campaigns.

Organizing webinars, trade shows, and other engagement activities, including managing invitations and follow-ups, is also an essential part of this role. Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support marketing strategies is another key responsibility.

Content creation for website updates and designing Canva designs to support digital campaigns are also critical tasks. Tracking marketing performance and providing insights to improve future campaigns completes the scope of this role.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress (or the ability to learn quickly) is also highly valued.

A well-organized and detail-oriented approach, along with solid time-management and multitasking skills, is necessary for this role. Creative thinking and a genuine interest in digital marketing and technology are also highly desirable.
