We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to be responsible for fostering the Group's Brand and growing engagement through all communications touch points.

More specifically, you will:

- Develop and execute external communications in line with relevant strategies
- Work with our creative agency and public relations firm in providing briefs and managing projects
- Convert Brand strategies for the relevant Group brands into communications and social media plans and implement on supporting content platforms
- Liaise with the wider marketing department and sales community to help deliver marketing campaigns
- Manage the planning and creation of paid and organic social media content, including monitoring and responding to comments and queries, as well as reporting, growth strategy and targets
- Coordinate the development and delivery of brand content e.g. video, photography, and written content Undertake market research and analysis that will help form marketing strategies and campaigns
- Ensure alignment of the broader communications strategy and budget
- Manage opportunities for content creation by working with internal and external stakeholders
- Review information to dissect relevant insights and trends, delivering those findings in relevant communications
- Assist with writing award submissions
- Assist in collating and building client presentations and sales proposals
- Manage content across the Detmold Group websites writing latest news pieces and ensuring content is up to date, and in-line with the broader communications strategy

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

- Either tertiary qualifications in marketing or experience gained in a similar role
- Experience in marketing or communications, including digital
- Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
- An ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to effectively source required information, receive briefs, and manage the delivery of findings
- An ability to foster a brand 'voice', maintaining a consistent tone across all content and communications channels in line with the overarching brand guidelines
- Experience with social channels including FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,, and other emerging platforms
- An ability to absorb, distil and interpret technical information and use this to build an articulate, creative, clear and engaging message to resonate across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience creating EDM content
- Experience using website Content Management System software, and in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal that translates to a demonstrated ability to produce high quality written marketing activation material
