About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused parts sales professional to play a key role in our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shadowing and assisting experienced colleagues, participating in various tasks related to parts interpretation, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties, as well as providing exceptional customer service and selling parts to customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Shadowing and assisting parts colleagues to gain hands-on experience
  • Participating in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties to support the business
  • Providing exceptional and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Developing skills and knowledge in the chosen trade area to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Ensuring customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying vehicle specifications
  • Processing payments and preparing invoices efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

  • You have an interest in a career in the truck retail industry and are eager to learn and grow
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • You are a team player with good organisational and computer skills to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • A manual licence and forklift licence are desirable
  • Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge is also desirable but not essential
