Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail property management team on the Gold Coast.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities to ensure optimal centre operations, with a focus on maintenance, capital works, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the health, safety, and security of all visitors and occupants.
  • Enhance the presentation and performance of the property.
  • Implement client strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail property management.
  • Trade qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
  • Proven experience in supervising building services and contractors.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • A First Aid Certificate.
  • A professional demeanour and customer-focused attitude.
  • The ability to make decisions and implement within delegated authority.
  • Thorough knowledge of property functions, including accrual accounting.
  • Flexibility to meet business and client needs.
