The Managing Director position at The Summit Outdoor Adventure Camp requires a seasoned executive with expertise in leadership accountability and financial management. As Managing Director, you will oversee the implementation of our strategic business plan, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines.

You will be responsible for leading the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring they are resourced, accountable, and performing to a high standard. Your leadership skills will foster a culture of consistency, structure, and execution, ensuring that systems and processes drive results.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven leader with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Experience with EOS is advantageous but not required. You will be responsible for:

  • Executing the strategic business plan, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines.
  • Maintaining and refining the Accountability Chart, ensuring leadership roles and responsibilities are clear and effective.
  • Identifying and resolving complex business challenges, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven executive leadership experience in a CEO, General Manager, or Senior Executive role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on systems, process optimization, and structure.
  • Ability to navigate complex problem-solving, ensuring strategic solutions that align with business goals.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 pro-rated per annum (based on experience and proven achievements).
  • Incentive Structure: Performance-based incentives aligned with key business objectives.
  • Superannuation: Paid in addition to salary.
  • Technology: Laptop and business phone provided.
