Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the right-hand person to our Executive - Operations and Finance, you will be responsible for managing diaries, emails, meetings, and travel logistics. You will also play a key role in supporting team presentations and meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
- Support team presentations and meetings with preparation and organization
- Manage diaries, emails, and travel logistics for the Executive - Operations and Finance
- Provide administrative support to the team, including document management and expense reconciliation
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of coordination and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of document management and expense reconciliation
