About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced health professional to join our team in improving mental health and wellbeing within the Defence community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can develop and maintain mental health and wellbeing programs, initiatives and activities, as well as prepare and contribute to the development of mental health training materials, policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based health promotion practices and programs;
  • Prepare and contribute to the development of mental health training materials, policies and processes;
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement mental health initiatives, programs and policies;
  • Evaluate programs and initiatives to measure their success, and provide recommendations for future improvement;
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and mental health training facilitators to continuously improve mental health training packages;

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Branch comprises military members and civilian employees working together towards a common goal: to promote mental health and wellbeing within the Defence community.
