The Role: Our clinicians are dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives. With mental health affecting numerous individuals, families and organisations within our communities, EAP offers an opportunity to access timely professional mental health support. This position will focus on trauma and critical incident management reporting.

In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality services to customers through providing EAP counselling, wellbeing coaching, clinical interventions and critical incident management. These services can be delivered via face-to-face sessions or digital channels as required.

  • Assessing client concerns and related risks
  • Using short-term solution-focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies
  • Providing counselling for various presenting issues including mental, emotional and lifestyle management concerns
  • Working autonomously with clients and ensuring best practice in client work
  • Being aware of additional services available, such as facilitation, group sessions, digital chat, on-site work and manager support, to enhance skills and opportunities for development
