Key Responsibilities- Design and implement impactful learning programs that align with our strategic goals.
- Create engaging content and resources using adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery.
- Support and enhance our digital learning systems (LMS).
- Gather feedback and use data to continuously improve learning experiences.
- Promote a culture of professional growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
You're a creative and practical learning professional who knows how to translate strategy into engaging, learner-focused programs. You love working with people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring both curiosity and rigour to your work.
Requirements- 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, ideally in education or human services.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design.
- Strong instructional design skills and confidence in facilitating engaging sessions.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability.
- Your learning programs are engaging, practical, and aligned with organisational priorities.
- Leaders and staff see you as a trusted partner who makes learning meaningful.
- You consistently gather insights, measure impact, and refine programs to deliver value.
- You model our values and inspire a growth mindset across the organisation.
