Leading Organizations in Commercial Insurance seek highly skilled professionals to administer and improve operational processes. As a dedicated Nuc Services Officer, you will take ownership of key functions within the team, allowing underwriters to focus on client service and retention.

About the Role

This role involves delivering high-quality client services by streamlining administrative tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring adherence to documented processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Management & Quality Adherence: Manage key operational processes, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to the business, while continually identifying opportunities for further improvement.
  • Workflow Management: Administer workflow management processes, ensuring quality and service level agreements are met, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Endorsements Process: Manage endorsements process, ensuring quality and service level agreements are met, and identifying opportunities for further improvement.
  • Dedicated NUC Services Processes: Manage other ad hoc dedicated NUC services processes, ensuring quality and service level agreements are met, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Service Delivery Expectations:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build good working relationships with local underwriting teams and ensure regular communication with local underwriting management.
  • Customer Focus: Engage in proactive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and customers to understand their current needs and anticipate future needs.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity and service delivery standards, ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Reporting Requirements: Ensure daily, weekly or monthly tracking/reporting requirements are met.
