Service Operations Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to coordinate our team of field technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
About the Role:
As a Service Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for receiving customer requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely updates are provided. You'll also be involved in prioritizing customer requests and allocating resources appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound requests from customers, including servicing, breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance works.
- Coordinate daily schedules for our national team of Field Technicians.
- Prioritize customer requests and allocate resources efficiently.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request.
- Coordinate preventative servicing and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused role with scheduling or coordination responsibilities within Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Mining, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of automotive/mechanical principles or exposure.
- Strong attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
- Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication skills.

- Previous experience in heavy equipment or similar industry - Mechanical knowledge or related qualification
