**Your Role**:
Reporting into the Commercial Operations Services Delivery Manager you will have oversight over the NUC Services team ensuring they deliver timely and good quality operational support to the business for their areas of activity. This role works closely with peers and leaders across Commercial Operations, Finance and Product and Distribution to ensure end to end service meets SLAs and customer expectations.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Ensure onshore/ offshore teams are clearing appropriate workbaskets within required timeframes and communicating with stakeholders as needed
Manage the Monthly Renewal List (MRL) process, ensuring the highest data integrity and timely provision to the business and Chubb Business Services (CBS)
Work with key stakeholders across Operations/ Distribution/ Product Finance to ensure deliverables are consistent with desired business objectives
Ensure relevant processes and procedures are maintained according to current business practice. Work with Operations Leadership to ensure process controls are reviewed and effective
Work with business users to ensure they understand and are compliant with agreed process handoffs to Chubb Business Services (CBS)
Attend regular team meetings with CBS, provide direction and input as required based on priorities and current status
Assist in the identification of process inefficiency, where possible taking action to resolve Service Delivery
Engage in continuing and proactive dialogue with business customers to understand their current needs and anticipate their future customer needs
Monitor productivity and service delivery standards of the NUC Services Team
**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
3 years + insurance experience
Experience supporting/ delivering process improvement initiatives
Team management experience would be beneficial (preferably in an Underwriting/ Underwriting Assistant Operations role)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders
Process orientated, an organiser with strong planning ability and attention to detail
Ability to network across stakeholders to get things done
