Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing works undertaken by Joint Venture Contractors on major projects. As Senior Health & Safety Business Partner, you will report to the H&S Manager and collaborate closely with H&S team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of contracted specialist services management
  • H&S auditing and implementation of AS 4801 and ISO45001
  • Understanding of H&S legislative agencies, relevant legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and Guidelines
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-manage, work under pressure and work in a team environment
  • SafeWork, NSW White Card and current driver’s licence

Requirements

Tertiary qualification at degree level of Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management or related discipline.

Hands-on experience in transmission industry/large construction/infrastructure project.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This outstanding opportunity includes benefits such as professional development and a competitive remuneration package.
