The Unit Trust Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Team Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the team and timely execution of daily responsibilities.
This team oversees comprehensive processes related to Unit Trust investments, which encompass trade execution, distribution management, fee rebates, month-end reporting, daily reconciliations, data entry, settlement, pricing, call payments, foreign exchange, and static data management.
As a senior member of the team, you will address more intricate ad hoc requests, ensuring that all instructions and inquiries are thoroughly verified, authenticated, and processed on the same day they are received.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, with a robust technical understanding in:
- End-to-end processes for unlisted Unit Trust trades
- Administration of alternative investments
- Knowledge of unlisted Unit Trust products, platforms, and systems
- Operations in custody or investment management
- Experience in reviewing and verifying the work of team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
