Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Global Claims Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing claims and have a proven track record of assessing reinsurer responsibility. They should also be well-versed in audit activities, including setting the audit scope, implementing and conducting audits, and communicating results to various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Timely decision making and accuracy of reinsurance determinations on multiple lines of claim submissions
  • Contributing to the accurate and efficient adjudication of claims by supporting the Global Chief Claims Officer and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of international, statutory, federal, regulatory, and privacy laws and regulations

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
