Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an All-Rounder at NRMA Parks and Resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by working in various areas of the business, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
  • Assist with daily operations, including cleaning and maintaining rooms and public areas, managing inventory, and restocking supplies.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by being a team player and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong guest service experience and knowledge of hospitality systems.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, housekeeping, or a related field.
  • Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, including mathematical skills, and flexibility to work across different areas of the business.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a reputation for providing excellent customer service.
  • A current RSA accreditation and Do Food Safely certificate of completion.
  • English speaking and communication skills, with a current driver's license and car.
