Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work in various areas of the business, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our systems and processes, including NewBook, RoomMaster, and Opera.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple areas of the business.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
