Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic All-Rounder to join our team at NRMA Parks and Resorts. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various departments, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including setting up and managing the breakfast buffet and shared-table dinner.
  • Restock bars and mini-bars, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong guest service experience, with a sound knowledge of booking systems and software.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, housekeeping, or a related field.
  • Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple areas of the business, as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputation for providing outstanding customer service.
  • A vibrant attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A current RSA accreditation and Do Food Safely certificate of completion.
  • English speaking and communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow directions.
  • A current driver's license and car, essential for living in a remote location.
