Paid Performance Specialist

Join our team and take on a challenging role as a Paid Performance Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive the digital marketing strategy of a leading activewear brand, focusing on innovative global paid digital strategies in partnership with the wider marketing team and external vendors.

As a Paid Performance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing innovative global paid digital strategies that align with the brand vision and goals.
  • Managing campaign execution through paid digital assets, including ad creative, performance improvements, and budget allocations.
  • Ongoing optimization of paid media across search, social, affiliates, display, programmatic, and retargeting networks daily, aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure strategy aligns with brand vision and goals and is locally relevant.
  • Identifying digital innovations and channels to maintain the brand's position at the forefront of new opportunities.
  • Building relationships with external agencies to ensure they meet expectations.

About You:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a similar field would be advantageous for this role.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Expert understanding of building and implementing digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, remarketing, and affiliates.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • High attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and create change consistently.
  • Customer focus and service mindset.
