The role of Human Resources Administration Officer is a key position within the organization, requiring an individual with exceptional administrative skills to support the delivery of human resources services.

Key responsibilities include coordinating work experience and placement programs, maintaining the organization structure, coordinating probation processes, and facilitating various HR-related tasks.

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications in an administrative or human resources field, as well as experience working in a related field.

They must also demonstrate computer literacy, particularly in the MS Office suite of products, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to work productively as a member of a team.

Good time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential requirements for this role.

This is a term contract, full-time position, working a 35 hour week, with access to Council's 9 day fortnight Accrued Day Off (ADO) arrangement.

The role is predominantly located at Council's Merrylands office, with occasional travel required across Council worksites.
