Job Description
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Learning and Development will lead our learning and development team to deliver impactful programs that align with business priorities. Key responsibilities include:
About the Role
As a key member of our People and Safety team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing learning strategies that support business objectives
- Designing and delivering learning programs that meet the needs of our team members
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content
- Managing budgets and determining the return on investment (ROI) of our learning initiatives
- Partnering with external RTOs to deliver meaningful qualifications through our Fantastic eCademy
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Chief People Officer on strategic initiatives
- Cultivating a high-performing culture through coaching and development
- Optimizing internal communications to support operational excellence and culture
- Providing specialized support for initiatives requiring L&D input
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification aligned to Learning and Development, Change Management, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in creating and delivering learning programs, with a focus on adult learning principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in eLearning and design software, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive content
- Facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver training sessions to diverse audiences
