Clinical Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a 12-month maternity leave contract opportunity for a Clinical Specialist in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons during surgeries, as well as delivering training sessions and troubleshooting technical issues.

This is an ideal position for healthcare professionals looking to transition into medical devices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical guidance to Orthopaedic Surgeons in the operating theatre environment
  • Delivering in-service training to nursing staff
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to medical devices

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic or Paramedicine)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • A self-starting approach with a results-driven mindset
  • The ability to work autonomously as part of a team
