Flight Captain Role

Beijing Capital Airlines is recruiting highly skilled and experienced captains to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flying commercial aircraft, with a minimum of 3,000 hours of total time and 1,000 hours of pilot-in-command experience on the A320 or A330 type.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by the relevant aviation authority;
  • Have a minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time and 1,000 hours of pilot-in-command experience on the A320 or A330 type;
  • Be fluent in English with an ICAO level 4 or above;
  • Have a valid first-class medical certificate;
  • Have no criminal or accident/incident record;
  • Have completed a proficiency check on the A320 or A330 type within the last 12 months (preferable);

Working Conditions

  • Work authorization: Australia preferred;
  • Work location: On the road;
  • Annual leave: 72 days per annum;
  • Fixed-term contract: 4 years renewable;
  • Discounted flight tickets available;
  • Possibility to base in various locations, including Beijing, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Sanya, Haikou, Guangzhou, and Xi'an;
  • Flight duties may start from China or the home country, with destinations such as Moscow, Lisbon, Madrid, London, Sydney, and Melbourne;
