Customer Service Representative Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, provide information on available options, rates, and amenities
  • Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and modifications in software systems and prepare accurate reports
  • Coordinate with departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill customer requests and ensure optimal room availability
  • Maintain accuracy in reservation systems and databases
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, soliciting feedback to improve satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in the hospitality industry
