Clinical Leadership Role
The role of Clinical Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to site-based team members.
The focus of this role is on the delivery of high-quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the coordination of care for people with complex needs, including consultation and engagement with a wide range of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to site-based team members.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality care provision and adherence to clinical governance and compliance targets.
- Lead the coordination of care for people with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A mental health-related degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician.
- Knowledge & understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice.
