**Course Coordinator Role for Community Services**

This is a key position that involves working closely with faculty and students to ensure seamless course delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating online courses, designing training materials, and addressing any logistical or content-related challenges.

  • Liaising with faculty and students to ensure effective course delivery
  • Designing, developing, and improving training tools, resources, and materials
  • Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with assessment principles and rules of evidence
  • Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes
  • Maintaining accurate records of student academic performance and attendance

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Higher Qualification in the respective field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of AQTF and ASQA standards
  • 2+ years practical work experience in the field
