Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified trainer to deliver online training programs. This is a great opportunity for passionate professionals to utilise their expert knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

About the Role:

  • Deliver online training programs
  • Assess student progress, mark assessments and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Available for full-time work and commit to specific delivery session times

Requirements:

  • Current qualification CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing or enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment
  • Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Demonstrated experience in the online delivery and assessment of training programs
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment
  • An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses
  • Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
  • High level of interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas
  • Working with Children Check
  • Reliable and high-speed internet coverage
  • A dedicated home office setup
