Accounts Receivable Specialist Position

This role involves managing end-to-end accounts receivable tasks, including processing incoming payments and handling invoicing and debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipt of payments, credit card payments, and perform payment reconciliations and offsets.
  • Process new customer accounts, conduct credit checks, and produce customer statements.
  • Maintain the AR Inbox and provide client billing and receipting duties.
  • Support month-end activities and generate AR reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or credit control is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong external stakeholder management skills are essential.
