Accounts Receivable Officer - Temporary

Company Background

Our client is an Australian-owned business who are built on the ethos of providing premium products without sacrificing sustainability and health. They are actively seeking an AR Officer to join their close-knit team to support them through a period of transition.

The Role

As the AR Officer, you will focus on :

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Collection calls and emails to customers and businesses
  • Invoice generation
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Managing the inbox, handling queries
  • Conducting credit checks when required

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Receivable Officer position, you will have the following skills and attributes :

Immediate availabilityPrior experience with both B2B and B2C debtor managementStrong reconciliation skillsConfident and clear phone mannerExperience with Oracle NetSuite is highly regardedIntermediate Excel (vlookups, pivots) is preferred
