The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of the AR Function and ensuring the timely collection of payments from customers and managing the claims recording, reporting and approval process.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Act as the initial point for both Customer and Commercial Team queries
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Allocate customer payments promptly and accurately
- Investigate and resolve all payment discrepancies
- Process adjustments, pending invoices and debit/credit memors
- Other ad-hoc AR responsibilities that may arise

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:

- Minimum of 2 year's experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of interpersonal skills and sound judgement
- Demonstrated problem solving capability
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation
- Proficient in Excel including creation of Pivots, VLookup functions
