**About Our Client**:
My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the digital marketing industry. They are dedicated to helping clients achieve their marketing goals through innovative strategies and cutting-edge technology. They are currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team and support their mission of delivering outstanding results.

As a Temporary Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a crucial role in the finance department. You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process efficiently, ensuring that our client's payments are processed accurately and on time. This role is temporary, lasting for 3-6 months, with the potential for extension.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Account reconciliations from platforms to accounting systems
- Detailed AR receipting in Accounting system
- Management of off-platform clients and/or campaigns
- Basic bank reconciliations review and analysis
- General assistance with the month-end close and analysis
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as directed

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:

- A strong ability to adapt to new environments and pick things up quickly
- Large ERP experience, such as SAP, Oracle etc.
- Advanced excel skills including complex VLookups
- Experience working with complex calculations and AR reconciliations
